Kristy Jackson, ED. S. , a serial entrepreneur, is the CEO of DK Solutions,LLC offering Bizperation™ (Business + Inspirational) coaching and marketing/media resources. She and her husband James have served as executive pastors for over 10 years and are the co-founders of Social Synergy Project, which facilitates entrepreneurship training programs, events and offers business leadership development for underrepresented entrepreneurs. Both have been identified as community connectors and strong advocates for closing the diversity gap in the STL startup community. She is devoted to her social mission of service and giving to build a better community powered by economic growth and investment in women and girls.
Writing books is also her gift and passion. Kristy is a published author of the devotional Girlfriends & God and her new books, Dream, Sink, Launch™ , The Dream Box Children's Book, and Say It Sister- a gift book of inspirational quotes for women. |

In one year she has impacted 800 underrepresented entrepreneurs, 2,900 youth with her leadership and entrepreneurial community programs and 60 + speaking engagements. Her podcasts - Bizperation & SheCan Speaks features interviews with innovators who are pushing boundaries in leadership, business and faith.
Demonstrating her lifelong commitment to learning, Kristy has also received a certificate of completion for participation in the U.S. Small Business Administration supported Grace Hill Women’s Business Center program, Workshops In Business Opportunities (WIBO) and the SBA Emerging Leaders MBA Program. Delux Magazine recognized Kristy as one of STL’s 50 Most Intriguing women and one of their top 100 influencers and advocates in the STL business community. She was also recognized by Small Business Monthly Magazine as most admired CEO.
Kristy's faith is her foundation and is built upon Matthew 5:16. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."She is an adjunct professor in gifted education at Webster University and Maryville University for the Maryville Young Scholars Program. Kristy’s published work includes the Captain MAP testing program and a chapter in the new book, Leading the Connected Classroom: Recapturing the Heart and Soul of Teaching and Learning. Kristy was recently featured in the People on the Move Business Highlight in the St. Louis American Newspaper and Deluxe Magazine as one of St. Louis TOP 50 Most Intriguing Women.
Kristy's community engagement includes volunteering as District A Director and Board of Directors member of the Gifted Association of MO, YMCA Community Literacy Board of Directors President, Maryville University Young Scholars Advisory Board member, MO Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium reviewer, and the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC). She has also served on the Fontbonne University Alumni Board of Directors, Metro Theater Co. and Stages St. Louis, and Girls In the Know Boards. Kristy has presented at local, state, and national conferences. She is married to James Jackson, II and has two daughters, Kelsie and Jada.
